Agree the criteria before week one
We agree the criteria with you in writing before week one, and review the results against them, not against a demo.
- Access to the pilot database expires on its own.
- No one keeps the pilot server's admin password: any reveal is reasoned, audited and followed by a rotation.
- Every pilot server and PostgreSQL session is recorded and replayable.
- Emergency access works, is capped in time and raises its own audit event.
- Your auditor can export the trail without our help.
- The shared account was rotated, verified and reconciled.
The proof of value runs under a short written evaluation agreement covering scope, confidentiality, access to your systems, data handling and liability. Your evidence pack is yours; we delete our copies at the end unless you ask otherwise.
