1. Who we are

This website is operated by Zerostand, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ("we", "us"). Contact: info@zerostand.com. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Website information is general

The site describes Zerostand's features as at the date shown on each page, and they may change. Nothing on the site is an offer, a warranty, a specification or professional advice. Product commitments, service levels and support exist only in a signed agreement with us and the documentation it refers to. If the site and a signed agreement conflict, the agreement governs.

3. Compliance and framework content

Pages that relate Zerostand's features to laws, regulations, standards and guidance are general information, not legal, regulatory or compliance advice, and not a certification, attestation or assessment. Zerostand is not affiliated with, and the content has not been reviewed or endorsed by, any body named. The official text of each framework prevails. Whether any control is met depends on how you configure, operate and govern your own environment, and remains your responsibility. The full notice is on the compliance page.

4. Product visuals

Product screens on the site show demonstration data. Screens marked "preview" are design previews of features not yet generally available, and the released screen may differ.

5. Demo and proof-of-value offers

Demos and proofs of value are subject to availability. A proof of value runs under a written evaluation agreement covering scope, confidentiality, access to your systems, data handling and liability; nothing on the site creates one.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, design and images, is © 2026 Zerostand. You may view, print and share pages for your own evaluation of Zerostand. You may not reproduce the site, or any substantial part of it, for other purposes without our written permission. Zerostand and the Zerostand logo are our trademarks; third-party marks belong to their owners (section 7).

Zerostand and the Zerostand logo are trademarks of Zerostand. Other product and company names on this site identify the systems Zerostand connects to and the frameworks it is mapped against. They are trademarks of their respective owners, and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners. Attributions include:

8. Acceptable use of the site

You may not scrape the site at volume, probe, scan or test its security, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its hosting, or use it to send unsolicited messages. If you find a security issue in the site or the product, please tell us at security@zerostand.com; our security.txt has the details.

The site links to official framework texts and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties about the site and its content, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the terms of any signed agreement between us.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

12. Changes

We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. The current version is 1, effective 14 October 2026.
